This poor, outdated kitchen had been haphazardly modified over the years in a 1920’s bungalow. Careful space planning was crucial to transform a non-functional front room into a new dining space. The kitchen layout was reversed so that new, large windows could be added for abundant natural light. This allowed for a nice sized island with under mount sink.
